Boat policies
- - Payment Terms: A 50% down payment is required to secure the booking.
- - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the trip are eligible to receive 50% of the down payment. Rescheduling is also allowed if requested more than 7 days in advance.
- - Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made within 3 days of the trip, 50% of the down payment will be deducted.
- - Property Loss: Any loss or damage to property must be reported immediately to the captain or crew.
- - Swimming Regulations: In accordance with UAE law, swimming is strictly prohibited after 7:00 PM.
