Welcome to DubaiMarinaYachts.ae (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a yacht or using our website/services, you (“client”, “customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after receiving the required payment.
  • We may require full payment or a deposit, depending on the yacht and date.
  • Prices shown on the website or sent through WhatsApp/Email are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client cancellations:
  • More than 48 hours before charter: 100% refund.
  • 24–48 hours before charter: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before charter: No refund.

No-show policy: If the client does not arrive at the scheduled time, the booking is considered cancelled with no refund.

Company cancellations:
  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled date.

3. Weather Conditions

Charters may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled if:

  • Dubai Coast Guard issues restrictions,
  • Weather conditions are unsafe,
  • Visibility is low.

Final decision is made by the captain and Dubai authorities.

4. Safety Rules

  • All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times.
  • Life jackets must be worn when requested by the crew.
  • Swimming is only allowed in permitted areas and at your own risk.
  • Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • The captain may end the trip early if guests behave recklessly or endanger safety. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Damage & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or equipment due to misuse or negligence.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings,
  • Injuries caused by ignoring crew instructions,
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or Coast Guard instructions.

6. Alcohol, Food & Catering

  • Alcohol may be consumed onboard only by guests aged 21+ and in accordance with UAE laws.
  • Excessive drinking, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
  • Clients may bring their own food and drinks unless otherwise specified.

7. Yacht Capacity

  • Each yacht has a maximum guest limit approved by Dubai Maritime / Coast Guard.
  • Exceeding capacity is not allowed.
  • Crew count is separate from guest capacity.

8. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos for marketing unless you inform us before the trip that you do not want to be included.
  • Clients may take personal photos and videos onboard.

9. Punctuality

  • Charter time begins at the scheduled start time, not at the arrival time.
  • Late arrivals do not extend charter duration.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, the trip may be shortened or cancelled without refund.

10. Website Use

  • All content on DubaiMarinaYachts.ae is for informational and promotional purposes.
  • Copying or reproducing content without permission is not allowed.
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Dubai Maritime & Coast Guard regulations.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
